Where do you ship?

Is shipping free?

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). See our Shipping Policy for details.
What is the order cut off time?
Orders placed by 14:00 London time on business days are prioritised for same day processing. More details are available in our Shipping Policy.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on destination and carrier network activity. Processing time is separate from delivery time. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. You can also track your order on Track My Order.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
No. Signature is not required. Parcels may be delivered to your doorstep or mailbox at the carrier's discretion. More details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us immediately after checkout. Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Use Contact Us.
Tracking says delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?
Check safe places and ask neighbours first. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us and we will help. Use Contact Us.
What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?
If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete address, refusal, or uncollected items, contact us and we will confirm the next steps. Use Contact Us and review our Shipping Policy.
What is your return window?
We offer a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Contact us first to request return authorisation. Please do not send items back without authorisation. Once approved, we will provide the correct return address for your country of delivery. Use Contact Us and review our Refund Policy.
What condition must returns be in?
Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or only tried on, clean, and in the original packaging with all accessories and tags. Returns missing parts or accessories may be rejected. See our Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change of mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking number. See our Refund Policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. After we receive and approve your return, we can issue a coupon or credit so you can place a new order for the desired item, size, or colour. See our Refund Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds. See our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days. Please include photos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and the item so we can help quickly. Use Contact Us.
How do I choose the right size?
Use our Size Guide and measure your device before ordering. Measurements are approximate. If you are between sizes or use a bulky case, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Why do two devices with the same screen size fit differently?
Screen size does not reflect full outer dimensions. Bezels, chassis thickness, and design can change the actual size. Measuring your device is the safest way to choose. Refer to our Size Guide.
Will it fit with a keyboard case or hard shell?
Some keyboard cases and hard shells add thickness. Compare your device outer dimensions against the Size Guide and consider sizing up if your setup is bulky.
How do I clean my sleeve?
We recommend gentle spot cleaning with a soft damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Let it air dry fully before use. Avoid harsh chemicals and avoid soaking.
Can I machine wash it?
We do not recommend machine washing unless a specific product page says it is safe. Machine washing can affect shape, padding, trims, and finishes.
Are your products waterproof?
We do not advertise a universal waterproof guarantee. Treat your sleeve as everyday protection and avoid heavy rain or submersion. If it gets wet, wipe it down and let it air dry fully.
Can I return an item if it is stained or used?
Returns must be clean and in like new condition. If an item is soiled or shows signs of use beyond trying on, the return may be rejected or a partial refund may be offered. See our Refund Policy.
